What our server keeps
Only what is needed to run the service: your account (email, mobile, name), subscription status, household membership and roles, device keys, support requests and a security log.
Sign-in and app lock
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Lock the app with a PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.
Backups you control
Back up to a file protected by a password only you know. We cannot open it, so please keep that password safe.

Yes, GharHisab. You add entries yourself or, on Plus, let it read bank SMS on your Android phone. It never asks for net-banking passwords.
No. Your financial data never reaches our servers, so support staff and admins have nothing to look at.
Changes are encrypted on one phone and decrypted only on other members' phones. Our server passes along sealed messages it cannot read, and deletes them after 30 days.
No. It is optional, on Plus, and off until you turn it on. Only bank, card and UPI alerts are read, on your phone; personal chats and OTPs are ignored.
Restore from your encrypted backup file with your backup password. Shared family data can also sync to a new phone once another member approves it.
Delete your account in the app, or email us from your registered address. We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. See Data Deletion.
