This officer handles complaints about privacy and personal data (DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025; SPDI Rules, 2011), consumer complaints (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020), billing, and content or security concerns.
How to raise a grievance
Email the officer (or use Help & Support in the app) with:
- your name and registered email or mobile;
- what happened, with dates;
- for billing: the store order id (Google Play "GPA.…" or Apple order id);
- what outcome you want.
We will not ask for your passwords, PIN, OTP, card or bank details. Never send them.

If you are not satisfied
- Personal data complaints: you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its online (digital) office, after first using our process (DPDP Act s.13(3)).
- Consumer complaints: call the National Consumer Helpline 1915 (or 1800-11-4000), WhatsApp 8800001915, or file at consumerhelpline.gov.in. You may file a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission online through e-Daakhil (edaakhil.nic.in).
- Store billing: Google Play Help or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) for refunds they control.
- Cyber security incidents: you may also report to CERT-In or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930) for fraud.
Note on the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021

We do not publish or host content for the public; family-sync messages pass only between members of one household and are end-to-end encrypted so we cannot read them. These rules therefore largely do not apply to us. We still name a Grievance Officer here, and we treat any complaint about unlawful content or misuse with the same timelines.
